Privacy Policy

The short version

This site is documentation. It has no accounts, no forms, no search box that phones home, and no advertising or tracking cookies. You can read every page here without giving us anything.

What we collect

Cloudflare hosts and serves this site, and logs the ordinary details of each request: your IP address, your user agent, the URL you asked for, the response we sent, and the approximate location Cloudflare derives from the connection. Those logs keep the site online and let us investigate abuse. They follow Cloudflare's own retention, measured in days.

We also run Cloudflare Web Analytics for page-level traffic figures. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not follow anyone between sites.

What we do not collect

• No accounts, sign-in, or profile of any kind.
• No forms, so nothing you type reaches us.
• No advertising or cross-site tracking, and no ad pixels.
• No cookies from us. Cloudflare may set its own for security and bot management.

The Content Security Policy on this site blocks scripts, images, fonts and connections from anywhere other than this origin and Cloudflare's analytics endpoint, so a third-party tracker cannot be introduced here without that policy changing first.

Machine-readable endpoints

/llms.txt,/llms-full.txt and /agent-setup/prompt.md are static files generated from the documentation. Fetching one is an ordinary request and is logged the same way as a page view.

Spinifex itself

Spinifex is open-source software under the AGPLv3, built to run on hardware you own. A cluster you operate sends us nothing, and we have no access to the workloads, storage or credentials inside it. Reading these docs does not change that.

Changes

When this page changes we update the effective date above, and a material change is announced on the site before it takes effect.
